COVID has made shipping a bit messy this year. Shipping providers just can't keep up with the lockdowns combined with the quantity of online purchases.

Unfortunately, this may impact customers like you -- whom we truly value and strive to make happy. We are very frustrated that we are at the mercy of a system outside of our control and that, ultimately, this means some of our customers may be left empty handed on Christmas.
