MARTEXIN ORIGINAL WAX CARE

Martexin Original Wax is a highly specialized textile that precludes normal cleaning. Just as you wouldn’t wash a leather product such as shoes, gloves, or jackets, you won’t be able to wash or dry clean your Martexin Original Wax. Wax fabrics have been successfully used for many years without washing. A periodic cleaning with a hose, damp cloth is all that is needed. Bare areas can be refinished with Martexin Original Wax refinishing compound that can help restore the wax finish.

We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship and materials for the lifetime of the bag.

If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the bag at our discretion. Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the bag (such as scratches or stained fabrics). Your NutSac bag is sewn by hand and might contain some slight imperfections.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING $200+

NutSac is pleased to offer free shipping. All domestic orders that meet a $200 minimum will receive free shipping. Domestic shipping on orders less than $200 is $9.90.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Overnight and 2-Day deliveries orders need to be placed by 1:00pm Central Time.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, and UPSIZE

Undamaged bags can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

You can initiate a return or exchange on our Return Portal.

We will refund your money upon receipt of the bag. Gifts are not refundable for cash and may only be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card.

We are also happy to upsize your bag (within 30 days). Upsize shipping (return and outbound) is free for domestic customers.*

We run our return system on good faith. We reserve the right to decline abusive return activity.

*Upsizing for international customers will incur normal shipping fees for both return and outbound.

APPAREL RETURNS

We do not support upsizes on apparel. Returns must be unwashed and in perfect/unworn condition. Please return to the address above.
