I recently ordered the sling plus to add to my collection of Nutsac bags. Over the years I've purchased the classic sling, 13 and 15 inch satchels, and an admin pouch. The only difference was this time my order got lost after it was shipped to me. The tracking number showed it made it to the delivery hub in my home town. Four days went by and it wasn't delivered to me. I went to the hub to inquire and they claimed they never received it from the initial shipping carrier. I went to the initial shipping carrier and they said they did deliver it to my hometown hub. Another day went by and still no delivery. Frustrated with neither shipping carrier doing anything to help me I emailed the Nutsac support staff to explain my dilemma. I received a response within an hour from Liz on their customer support team. Liz stated she was sorry to hear my bag got lost so she was shipping another sling plus to me right away and that I'd have it in two days at no cost to me, no questions asked. Two days later I had the replacement sling plus in my hands. Liz also told me she'd have a shipping label sent to me if the original sling ever showed up so I would not have to pay to return it. Now that is outstanding customer service! Rest assured if your Nutsac product ever gets lost in shipping you'll know that Nutsac has your back and will replace it right away, no questions asked!
