United StatesAmazing build quality with a compromise
This backpack is amazing how well it’s built. Every seam and stitch is sturdy. The canvas is so thick. The real leather accents look fancy. The feel and look of this bag are so enticing. Things to consider: this bag is not small. It takes up the full width and height of your back. It’s not like those daily commuter backpacks in size, but in terms of capacity that’s what I would consider its limitations. It fits under an airline seat but it sticks out at your feet. It’s quite long. It doesn’t hold as much as you’d expect for the size. This is because it doesn’t open wide from front to back, and the laptop holder takes up so much space. If you have stuff in the compartments, then they stick out into the main cavity. These pockets stuff access to the lower portion of the main cavity. So you have to fill the lower portion below the compartments, then fill the compartments, and then compromise on space in that main cavity in that upper portion between the compartments. This doesn’t allow for much to be packed. I think you could get a dopp kit and one change of clothes in here at most. If you don’t have a laptop on it, then you could probably get a little more in there. The side panels/pockets can extend or be buttoned up. They are angled pockets and are not wide on the bottom. Therefore a round water bottle is not securely held and flops around. I had too many water bottles fall out of this so I stopped using the side pockets. Overall, if you aren’t someone who needs to pack a lot, then go for this bag. It’s built so sturdy. Don’t expect to securely hold your water bottles. I wish the lifetime warranty was a repair warranty like other brands. Having a lifetime warranty is reassuring of the quality, but it doesn’t mean everything to me. I’m glad I tried this bag, but after less than a year of trying to use it daily I ended up reselling it at a $180 loss. I loved the feel of it in my hands and on my back. I ended up reselling it because with my laptop in it and with the compartments having my daily items, it just couldn’t fit much more in that main pocket due to the lack of open room. Also the fact that my water bottles were damaged from the lack of grip from the side pockets was a negative for me.

United StatesI love this backpack, its super comfortable on my 20min walk to and from school. Holds everything I need on a daily basis with room to spare, the easy access zipper on the back makes pulling specific items out a breeze. Quality like with all NutSac products is a 10/10.
